- Newly signed to Ninja Tune, the enigmatic Glass Beams are primed for 2024. - Founded by musician/producer Rajan Silva when exploring his Indian heritage (his father emigrated to Melbourne, Australia in the 1970s) and kindled by a childhood memory of ‘Concert For George’ (a tribute concert for George Harrison of The Beatles that featured Ravi and Anoushka Shankar at London's Royal Albert Hall amongst others) that sparked crate-digging for Indian classical, disco and pop music from their father’s hometown and surrounding areas.
