Aled Jones MBE is one of the most recognisable and well-loved figures in classical music, As a boy chorister his pure treble voice captured the hearts and imaginations of Welsh church congregations, before he shot to international prominence. Since becoming a tenor his career has continued on the same trajectory, leading to frequent best-selling recordings and numerous television appearances as host of Escape To The Country, Songs of Praise and Series 3 of Classical Destinations, He has his own weekly show on Classic FM in the UK, and has been featured on This is Your Life, He is also acclaimed as a stage performer, including the lead role in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Aled's 29 albums have sold over 6 million copies to date.
