Forged from the same Sheffield steel as Def Leppard, Crimes Of Passion rose from the Steel City with a passion to follow our mentors to stardom. A band that was fortunate enough to have lived through the influential era of Dio, Ratt, Queensryche & Journey, BUT - by no means too stuck in the past to let the emo/metalcore sound of that day influence the songwriting. It became evident that Crimes ?had something? as within month of forming and writing tunes for the first album, the band went out on tour with the likes of Tyketto, White Lion, Great White, Gotthard and also invited to play several festivals around the continent, the ball of Sheffield steel was indeed rolling!
